Weight loss is one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I still need to lose more. You are hungry all the time, and lightheaded, and it's hard to concentrate. If you don't get enough fat, you get this weird disoriented feeling. Entirely unpleasant.

Caution, Reg!
Bavarian scientists and ghetto rappers found out: Vegetarianism not only leads to soy-boy-ism, but also lets totally shrink jewr biceps muscles (and maybe other stuff, too).
Reg wrote:I hear you, and I hope I don't come across like a prick about weight. I have fought my weight my entire life. I just think the fight is worth it. The challenge you face is that you are likely still working for a living at your age so you need to somehow fit dieting and exercise into a real life which is nearly impossible.

You are right about women being available even if you're fat. This is unfortunate. If they weren't, it would likely prompt more men to lose weight.

You are 100% right about the back pains being related to your weight. About 15 years ago I let my weight really blimp up and I had huge back pains. They went away when I lost the weight.

I think I have gained weight the last 2 months. I'm surprised because sleep is inconsistent. I'm getting stronger and not doing as much yoga. My left shoulder has been problematic at times, but I can still lift a lot. I will be back to regular life after the move, but I don't care if I gain weight the next month. More endurance for the move.

I've been eating a lot of kodiak cake flap jacks on the go. It's like eating cookie dough. That's probably why, lol.
